Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns relating to wellness programs purchased from Brightoaflex through brightoaflex.ddd. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all participants enrolled in our office worker health programs.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Return Policy applies to all wellness programs offered by Brightoaflex, including the Desk Reset Program priced at £149, the Posture and Movement Bundle priced at £279, and the Full Workplace Wellness Plan priced at £449. It covers purchases made directly through our website, by telephone, or in person at our London location at Work.Life Bermondsey, 5 Tanner St, London SE1 3LE, United Kingdom.

2. Right of Cancellation (Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer purchasing a wellness program online or by telephone, you have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen calendar days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires fourteen days after the day on which you entered into the contract with Brightoaflex.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement to message@brightoaflex.world or by post to Work.Life Bermondsey, 5 Tanner St, London SE1 3LE, United Kingdom. You may use the model cancellation form below, although it is not obligatory:

To Brightoaflex, Work.Life Bermondsey, 5 Tanner St, London SE1 3LE, United Kingdom. I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the provision of the following wellness program: [program name]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Address: [your address]. Date: [date].

If you cancel within the cooling-off period and have not yet accessed program materials or attended any sessions, you will receive a full refund within fourteen days of receiving your cancellation notice. If you have begun accessing digital program materials or attended live sessions during the cooling-off period, a proportionate deduction may apply to reflect the services already provided.

3. Cancellation After Program Start

If you wish to cancel your enrolment after the cooling-off period has expired or after your program has commenced, the following conditions apply:

  • Desk Reset Program (£149): cancellations within the first seven days of program start are eligible for a fifty percent refund if no more than two daily sessions have been accessed. Cancellations after seven days are non-refundable but may be eligible for program transfer as described in Section 5.
  • Posture and Movement Bundle (£279): cancellations within the first fourteen days of program start are eligible for a fifty percent refund if no more than one live workshop has been attended. Cancellations after fourteen days are non-refundable but may be eligible for program transfer.
  • Full Workplace Wellness Plan (£449): cancellations within the first twenty-one days of program start are eligible for a fifty percent refund if no more than one one-to-one advisor session has been completed. Cancellations after twenty-one days are non-refundable but may be eligible for program transfer.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are typically processed within fourteen business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the refund to your account. Brightoaflex will send email confirmation when a refund has been initiated.

To request a refund, contact us at message@brightoaflex.world with your full name, program name, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within three business days with a decision and next steps.

5. Program Transfer and Suspension

If you are unable to continue your wellness program due to unforeseen circumstances such as relocation, change in employment, or extended leave, Brightoaflex may offer the following alternatives at our discretion:

  • Program suspension: pause your program for up to three months and resume at a later date without additional charge.
  • Program transfer: transfer your remaining program sessions to a colleague or team member within the same organisation.
  • Program upgrade or downgrade: switch to a different Brightoaflex wellness program with appropriate price adjustment.

Transfer and suspension requests must be submitted in writing to message@brightoaflex.world at least seven days before your next scheduled session. Each enrolment is eligible for one suspension or transfer during the program period.

6. Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • Completed one-to-one advisor sessions within the Full Workplace Wellness Plan.
  • Attended live workshops within the Posture and Movement Bundle.
  • Workplace environment audits that have been conducted and delivered.
  • Certificates of completion that have been issued.
  • Custom team packages where services have been partially delivered according to an agreed schedule.
  • Program materials that have been fully downloaded or accessed beyond the thresholds specified in Section 3.

7. Cancellation by Brightoaflex

In the event that Brightoaflex is unable to deliver a wellness program due to circumstances beyond our control, including advisor unavailability, venue closure, or technical failures affecting program delivery, we will offer one of the following remedies:

  • Rescheduling of affected sessions at no additional cost.
  • Provision of equivalent digital content or remote sessions to replace cancelled in-person sessions.
  • Full or partial refund proportional to the undelivered portion of the program.

We will notify affected participants as soon as possible and work to minimise disruption to your wellness program experience.

8. Digital Content and Access

Upon enrolment, participants receive access to digital program materials including exercise guides, ergonomic checklists, and progress tracking tools. Access to digital content is granted for the duration of the program plus thirty days thereafter. If a refund is approved, digital content access will be revoked upon refund processing. Downloaded materials should be deleted upon cancellation in accordance with our Terms of Use intellectual property provisions.

9. Team and Corporate Enrolments

Team and corporate wellness program enrolments may be subject to separate contractual terms agreed in writing between Brightoaflex and the purchasing organisation. Where a separate agreement exists, the cancellation and refund terms specified in that agreement take precedence over this Return Policy. For team enrolments without a separate agreement, the individual program terms described in this policy apply to each participant enrolment.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our management team at message@brightoaflex.world within fourteen days of receiving the initial decision. We will conduct a further review and provide a final response within ten business days. If the matter remains unresolved, you may seek assistance from the Citizens Advice consumer service or pursue resolution through the courts of England and Wales as described in our Terms of Use.

11. Changes to This Return Policy

Brightoaflex reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your enrolment. We recommend reviewing this policy before purchasing any wellness program.
